Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 5 PM CET will be processed the next business day. During busy periods or unforeseen delays, processing times may take longer. We will notify you via email if this occurs.

Tracking Information
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or weather conditions. If there are significant delays, we will notify you and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package (e.g., incorrect address or absence), they may leave a delivery attempt notice or return the package to a local depot. Please use your tracking number to contact the carrier for re-delivery or pickup instructions.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. For deliveries to remote areas or locations with limited shipping services, additional fees or extended shipping times may apply. Contact us at contacteditionsrares@gmail.com for further information.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are determined by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country. Editions Rares is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures. If a package is returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is not delivered within the estimated delivery time, and tracking information is unresponsive, please contact us at contacteditionsrares@gmail.com within 14 days. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or offer a replacement if necessary.

Stolen Shipments:

We recommend shipping to a secure address. Editions Rares is not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered. If theft is suspected, please file a claim with the local carrier.

Damaged Shipments:

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at contacteditionsrares@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will notify you. You will be responsible for covering the re-shipping costs to the correct address.
